Life has been full the last few weeks - and I hope to get some pictures up soon, but we just had Sean's 1 year check-up, and so I thought I would give you a little report. Our big boy is 31.5" tall (89th percentile) and 25.4 lbs (79th percentile). Wow. Big Boy. Doctor thought he was doing well with food, speech, sleep, schedule - our only concern right now is his muscle tone. Sean "moves" but it is mostly lunging for things or standing when propped, but he doesn't walk, crawl, pull to standing, or get in & out of sitting by himself. Some of that is probably lack of motivation on Sean's part - he's probably the most content kid on the block - and some of it might be his muscle tone - or as I've called it in the past few months - his "loosey-goosey-ness." So we are going to have a PT evaluation in a couple weeks and go from there.

In the last 2 weeks Sean has celebrated a birthday, taken a trip to zoo, gone to a parade downtown, celebrated Easter in an argyle sweater vest, opened his first Easter basket, got his first big boy haircut (pictured above), and we are flying out to South Dakota tomorrow to celebrate my Grandma's 80th birthday. So many photos have been taken, and I will try to post them for your enjoyment soon, I hope.
