Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade

Stan and I have lived in Chicago for almost 7 years - and it took having a child born on St. Patrick's Day and guests in town (Brad & Sara) for us to make it downtown for the St. Patrick's Day parade and the dyeing of the river.

It gets pretty green - they say it looks like the Emerald Isles...
I thought it looked more like Kool-Aid...

This man has the wonderful job of putting the orange stuff into the water (and all over himself apparently). What I learned today: orange = green.
