August Trip to Indy

Made our first trip to see the new McKinney home - it is gorgeous! And Stan and I always enjoy our time catching up.

Sean really enjoyed his time too!

Then I went to a baby shower for Katie - we (meaning Brook & friends) did a "beach baby" theme.

My technology-advanced parents have taken babysitting to a whole new level. They had Sean Wednesday - Friday, and then Stan and I came down over the weekend, but each night they had him - I got an email with 2-3 photos attached of what he did that day - How cool is that?! And not only that, but my Mom would even send me a few texts throughout the day - keeping me posted. So in the absence of any photos of my own, here are the ones they sent during their time with Sean. I hope to follow this up soon with a few before/after photos of Sean's room, the nursery and the dining room.

Papa took Sean to the Indiana State Fair on Friday - here he is milking a cow -

-and riding a tractor. He also spent some time on the mini golf course, did some fishing, and watched some pig races!

I'm quite surprised he came home with us after such an adventurous weekend!

We are connected to the outside world

31 days after we moved, we are now connected to the internet! I cannot say that I have many props for AT&T right now - but we are up and running, which means it is time to update this website. So for those of you who check our blog, my plan is to get some photos up on Friday of our new home and especially Sean's big boy room.

So that's the plan, unless I manage to figure out another way to lock myself out of the house and parade around town in my pajamas...

UPDATE - Sean had a 103 fever on Friday... so no photos yet - but soon!
